Z4 M40i Dyno! Thoughts?

https://g29.bimmerpost.com/forums/sh....php?t=1621271

Obviously people will argue regarding drivetrain loss forever, so let's just do the numbers based on the average numbers of the three runs:

Horsepower (HP):
10%: 405
12%: 412
15%: 423
18%: 434
20%: 441

Torque (Lb-Ft)
10%: 455
12%: 463
15%: 475
18%: 488
20%: 496

Personally, I think these modern automatic transmissions are incredibly efficient. I think 15% is the maximum loss to consider.

Irregardless, WHEN WILL ONE OF THE BIG MAGAZINES DO ACCELERATION TESTS?!?

Personally I always assume about 10% for modern RWD drivetrain loss. Also, I've been triggered by your use of irregardless.

I would expect the M340i to look about the same but possibly a little shift for xDrive cars.
