Post Need help with an M340i xDrive lease

Hi I just need some advice on this offer here, compare sheets until now I dont understand why, on one of the sheets u can see that the savings are like 5k but the payment is 600, the other one the savings are over 8k but the payment still the same, now this happend and I will explain, the first time I when to the dealer they give me a sheet with 8k savings and the sales price like 52k, but the payment was 615.01, all this is putting 4,000 down, and this happend after back n foward, I was able to get it down to 615.01, so I left but still fighting by text, I confront them when they send me the attach sheet with 5k savings and sales 55k and payment drop to 600, but how if I have less savings, didnt make no sense, so they change it again to over 8k savings and sales price back to 52k but payment still the same 600 , this is with 15k miles at yr, now they tell me that the money factor is 0.00165 so that comes to apr 3.96 so I have an exelent credit, so I will like to know if this is a good deal or what thanks in advance, I attach also the options on the car.

Note: they also taking my previews lease ahead of time, my previews lease term is until Jan 2020.

Builds are always hard because dealers know that you are picky and may be willing to pay a premium for the car. You have a price difference because they are just moving money from the front end of the deal to the back. I can give you a 5k discount but then mark it up to .00205 or do .00165 and less discount. With 4K down, you are just paying for cap cost reduction or prepaying the lease doesn’t make sense. I would go to other dealers. Don’t have time for games

Is this the only dealer you’ve gone to? I’m around the same area so I suggest trying BMW Sudbury or Boston both apart of Herb Chambers.

Also is the savings including incentives? Because I would suggest going for 10% off Msrp before incentives.

I try bmw straham but they couldnt drop the payment to 600.00, I will check those and see what happend, I dont know if those savings including incentives, it was even hard to get the residue and the money factor from them, I end up get it after a long fight for it.

If a dealer is feeling aggressive.. I would say 10% pre-incentive would be a strong number.

And pay attention to dealer fees. Here in FL it's 799 vs some other places like NY that are capped 85. So percentage off MSRP can be deceiving sometimes.

Well now I got 3 more dealers involve on this offer, let see who pull the bettet deal, now one of them told me that tulley when really aggressive with the offer, he say that it looks like they did, 8% drop plus 3,250 on rebates, so I tell hem if they can do better then that, at least drop the payment to 550.00 a month, they working on it.

I would hold firm at 10-11% pre-incentive w/ .00165 MF

Tell them you have 4 dealers in the mix and the first one to hit 11% pre-incentive discount w/ .00165 will get the deposit. Cc ready to go

$4,000 I was able to get it down to $589.00 a month the other 2 dealers couldnt compete with the other 2 dealers the last was able to beat tulley by 11 bucks, all of them saying that this offers is too agrressive, I think I will go for it, like I say they also taking my current lease 6months ahead of time!
