Adding some details here in case anyone finds the experience helpful.

Ended up with 10.5% off pre-incentives for a custom order. Took two months from order to delivery. Used the latest July programs that came out today since numbers were better overall (0.00145 MF vs. last month's 0.00165) even though lease cash went down ($1000 instead of $1250). I used MSDs to bring MF down to 0.00110).

My OL code had applicability criteria that mentioned Model year 2018 and 2019 vehicles, so it could not be used unfortunately. The dealership tried to run it though.

Since I plan to apply for CCA rebate, I decided to put down $366 ($500 rebate minus $134 membership fee), which brought the monthly for my $65,820 build for 36/15K miles including 9% sales tax to $668 a month. Idea was that this monthly payment would more accurately reflect my actual discount.

Just to amuse myself, I added another $50 down to bring the payment down to $666 even a month

Many thanks to Eric Salem and Kim Huntzinger at BMW of Reading, PA who made this happen.

Here are my numbers in more detail if anyone is interested: http://www.leasehackr.com/calculator...Tax_radio=true

Here is a picture:
Also not sure if it was just an oversight when you were entering the numbers into the leasehackr calculator but PA doesn't charge sales tax on the rebate.

Yes, that's an oversight.

Wish I could get some of these deals everyone here getting. New here btw. Working on getting a 2019 330i with M Package. MSRP is 48,575 and dealer getting it down to 43,250. I believe this is with all the discounts and incentives applied (asking for a lease workbook so I can check the numbers, residual, MF, etc etc.) but I don't qualify for Loyalty of course. Anyone think this is a reasonable price? Seems a bit high still to me but would like to hear other opinions.

One more thing to add, this is with 2k due at signing (which I would only like to put a max of 1k, so would need to discuss this with them) and the monthly comes out to around $515. Not feeling too great about it now that I think of it.

You should find out what your selling price before incentives is. If you don't have a relationship with the dealer and don't currently have a BMW, your % off may not be as high as others that fall into that bucket.

Agrred. You should aim for 10% off before the rebates. You should be getting $4500 in BMW credits, and $500 CCA (signnup if you haven't already done so). Once you factor in the BMW credits, you are only getting $825 off of MSRP, which is terrible if it does not include all taxes and fees

What is this $4500 credit? They said I only get the $1000 'Loyalty/Conquest' and $500 for 'Lease Credit'. Just emailed dealer for some more info but I think this 1500 dollar credit is already applied on this deal. Doesn't sound too hot anymore.

Don't try to squeeze 330i pricing out of a m340i, it's not reasonable. Lastly, remember, it's a business the dealer needs to make some money as well.

If you want to lease then: provide the money factor, residual value, and selling price. This will let the dealer know you have done your homework, and it's quite possible the transaction will be a simple order, deposit, and production number situation (no up selling no sales person BS)
I offered 500.00 over invoice before incentives. I though I did okay

I think he is talking about finance incentives, not leasing. Which are you considering?

At the end of the day if you are happy with the value received then no further validation required.

Oh that makes sense. I'd be leasing not financing it.
