Cognac vs Beige/White Interior

Hi, everyone.
Tomorrow or the day after will order my 3 Series and I am wondering between these two colours. I love both of them, I just have a question, is the beige one getting dirty easier? Mainly around the door handles were you will touch it every time you enter the car. Will it start getting dirty/darker shade quickly? (Sensatec version, not the leather ones)

Sorry for my late reply. Since my car is a 2020, the Cognac is leather.. After about 4 years, it still looks terrific!
