Is it as simple as just unplugging the blue harness on the right hand side and plugging in the module? I can't find a youtube video for this being done on a g20. If so, i can't imagine why anyone would remove the steering wheel to install this. Someone please chime in. I have the module in hand but i'm chicken shit to get cracking at it without clear direction.

The harness that needs to be unplugged is on the left side

I did the mod a few years back when first got the car and it is very good feature if you're a lot on highway.

MMnut apologies for going off-topic, can you validate that the lane change assist code you used is as follows:

HU_NBT or HU_MGU:
Spurwechselassistent – Change this to Aktiv

SAS Module:
C_SWA_Vorhanden – Change this to True
C_SWA_Land_Aktiv – You will have to edit the Werte values to “FF, FF, FF, FF”

Thanks in advance

It should be the same from memory (mine is G82 model).

I did not VO code for SAS since I has bimmercode and standard esys and cannot access SAS model, so I just removed the 8TR via esys
