Yes, my understanding is AZ uses CA ports.

I haven't gone down the rabbit hole of tracking the actual boat yet. I hope for our sake there is another boat you haven't accounted for yet!

Curious how you searched this info? I'm in Wisconsin and my 330e has a production date of 1/26. Trying to figured out what boat from Mexico will be bringing my car to Wisconsin.

I just searched(google) for BMW shipping from Mexico and lots of Bimmerpost forum links pop up. Then just started going through them. There’s one that has links to all of the shipping companies that you can then search their sites for shipping schedules. I’ll see if I can find that one and link it here.

I think Midwest deliveries ship out of either Altamira or Veracruz ports and go to the Baltimore port for offloading. The good news for you is it seems there are more ships for that route vs. the West Coast ports.

I'm sure thankful to likely be on the same boat as you guys so I don't have to deal with all that!

My plan was going to be to actually call and ask a Genius once I was confident it was on a boat.

I did this with my previous car too. In that case I bought one that was already on a boat so I only had to track it after it was off the coast of Mexico heading to Ca. Even found web cams for the San Diego harbor so I could watch it float on by on the way in and out of port

I’m tempted to call Genius today to see what’s going on. My production date is tomorrow, but so far the status is stuck at Production Begins.

As for what boat we’ll be on, they don’t usually know until it’s been a couple days after the boat has left port. Still hoping there are more ships than just the NYK line ones. The February schedule has already slipped a couple days. Was 2/24 for arrival at the Mx port and now it’s 2/26.

Based off some other people's data I'm expecting the tracker to update from production begins tomorrow morning - We'll see if I'm right! I'm looking forward to watching webcams of boats in the near future!

Sounds like you are a day behind mine. My production date went from 1/26 to 1/25. From what I’ve seen car is usually done the day after that date.

I'm still out here on production begins - they did say the Tanzanite Blue might cause delays I wonder if this is from that? Or maybe i'm just a few days behind you. My production date was 1/29
