Last night things jumped forward again, looks like my week 23 e40 is in the paint booth.

Called the Genius line earlier today. My M50 got moved back from week 23 to week 24 (June 13-17), so I am currently still scheduled for production.

You and many others… I'm betting we'll all get spread over the 3rd quarter… or something…

my car is now on a boat, but the genius didn't know which one yet. because many of the websites say that the site won't say it's on a boat for 2 days, I am hopeful it's on orion. If not, it might be on one of the boats leaving germany in the next few days, which means it should arrive to baltimore around the end of the month.

They haven't started building MY2023.
VIN isn't assigned until production and they pull a chassis.

car went from "in transit" back to "at the port" today. I'm hoping they took it OFF the boat leaving today and put it on the boat leaving tomorrow... becuase the one leaving tomorrow gets to baltimore 7 days earlier

There aren't any hardware differences between MY2022 and MY2023.

2023 will come with some new software that 2022 gets OTA.

They are some differences in what they package together. I'm the US we may get M seatbelts.

so im now "dispatched from factory" does "at the port" mean Bremerhaven? and "in transit" mean floating across the pond? or does "at the port" mean dirty dirty baltimore..... sorry if you are from baltimore... but yeah it's sorta dirty there

port will be Bremerhaven and the stateside port of entry... so it will go between "At Port" and "In transit" a couple times before it shows up at your dealer.

from baltimore. there are some REALLY awesome spots, the port of baltimore is not one of them

anyone know how long the cars sit at port before being assigned to a vessel? the dealer is telling me they have 120 cars waiting there and that this is the longest part of the journey, they anticipate weeks before sailing....
