Have you figured out how to fix this? I just noticed this as well.

I have the feeling this is intentional due to the backup camera recall - i.e. make sure the backup camera is on at all times unless explicitly overridden by the driver.

That’s disappointing. The automatic camera was great for when you’re in tight spaces so you could see whatever direction you’re going. Maybe there’s a way to code that as the default.

Does anyone's camer also have some lag? It feels that since the update, camera is not in sync with the real world.
However, the view is more crisp and broader.

Still stuck with 03/2019.60. Dealer refuses to acknowledge that there's a newer version available. Just keeps saying that the car will update automatically when a new version is available.

Find a different dealer: also the camera update involves updating the firmware.

There's no recall in the UK. But finding a different dealer is a consideration.

I definitely noticed some lag on mine as well. All around I preferred my camera function on the older software version, it drives me nuts that it doesn't automatically change my camera view with car direction unless I manually select this each time I turn the car on.

I've just had my car updated by BMW Service to 11/2019.30 and all remote services are now working (remote locking, ventilation, 3d view etc).

Lies. Go to a different dealer or go up the chain. Doesn't update itself, they should know better than to even say that bullshit.

After latest update today my brake fluid low warning is now gone, I guess it might come back anyway in a couple days... tbc

I did however notice a strange thing in my instrument cluster. It's not the same anymore! Anyone else with this look?

It doesn't show rev or turn red while in sport mode or xtraboost as it did before..

Electric and comfort mode look the same.

Only way for me to see rev is now put the gear in S/M mode but it's still not red, just white...

Damn update!

Well the only negative I’ve noticed is the parking cameras don’t automatically set to auto. On my 330i sport displays, however the HP and torque went up to 320! Before they went to 300...

Please always mention the Software version you are now on, otherwise this is not very helpful.

Which version did you get updated to, and was it at the dealer or via RSU?

Done at the dealership, and version is 11/2019/30. Was told this is the newest that just came out aboutb2 weeks go.

Anyone else with same instrument cluster look as me? Or the lack of sport more instrument cluster? With red dials etc...

It never showed revs when using some sort of electric mode such as hybrid. At least not with mine.

Yepp agree, same for me before and also after the update now, in Hybrid and in Electric mode.

The difference is in Sport/XtraBoost mode.

The instrument cluster looked like this before update, 1st image.

And the instrument cluster after update looks like this, 2nd image.

How is yours?

Are you sure the first one is in sport mode and not something else (XtraBoost mode, if that exists)?
