Coding and warranty?

I've read some older threads that suggested there should be no effect on warranty. Does anyone have any more updated experiences?

I have a 330i xDrive on ID7, and of course, the auto stop start is annoying. That's the only thing I'd want to get rid of, and I've been looking at Bimmercode as the simplest solution.

Looks like it doesn't work on ID8, but I'm still trying to figure out if it still works on ID7. I'm not opposed to the other utilities, but they sound like they have more functionality than I need, and I don't want to screw anything up by accident.

My other major hesitation is that I have 1 year of warranty coverage on the powertrain, and I'm concerned that coding will void that warranty. Anyone have some recent experiences?

Thanks.
