Hi Everyone, I'm thinking of getting a tune for my 2019 G21 330i.
I've seen recommendations here for JB4 or racechip is there any big difference between the two? I think racechip is more easily available in Europe compared to JB4, I'm located in the Netherlands.

I was also offered a tune using a generic file of dynochiptuning does anyone have any experiences with this? This is only around 300 euro for the tune.

My car is fully stock at the moment. (Apart from some coding and having the exhaust valve open always).
Thinking about getting an mst intake in the future for the induction noise mainly.

I'd rather not get a DME unlock done for BM3 as I use the car daily.

Any advice or experiences are welcome, thanks.

we can ship the Jb4 or Racechip for $40 to you in Europe.

Jb4 is the more complete tuner with more features and safety failsafes.

if you don't plan on running the more advanced maps, the Race chip and the JB4 will perform the same. get the one you like better

I would prefer JB4 in that case, I'm not eager to ship it to NL because of the taxes which would apply. (import tax + VAT) I know it's available in Germany at Burger Motorsports. However at that price level, a custom tune is also available which might be the better option of course it doesn't allow you to change between maps on the fly which is the advantage of JB4, BM3 or MHD.

Is there an MHD tune available for B48?
And does my 2019 need a DME unlock for BM3 or MHD?

Do you have any thoughts on an off the shelf tune from Dynochiptuning files compared to full custom tune or JB4/Racechip?
