R: 19x8.5

265 on 8.5 is ok here?
I know max recommended width is 255.

It'll likely a bit soft and sloppy at the back but this is winter tires so it might be good?

Yes, it should be fine on stock suspension or even some lowering springs.

where can we find the max recommendations for the 330i?

looking at a really nice set of wheels at a killer price used/new they are 19x9.5 255/35
