Low battery warning

I received a message that the battery is on a low voltage, probably due to sitting idle for several days in Corona times. Does anybody has the same experience? I do find it strange as I never experienced it withprevois cars. Any recomandation on how to charge the battery back? With a charger or just drive around for a bit?

Get yourself a charger.....I always put a car away for the winter and drive it every couple of weeks with no issue until my M2 which gave me the low battery warning....these newer cars use more power when they are sitting....

I've had it a couple of times recently - just a short run for essential stuff has sorted it.

Seems a bit hit and miss - had it after a couple of days but not after one eight day period of not being used.
