I use the microfiber cloth that came with my sunglasses. It gets the dust and fingerprints off quite easily on its own and it doesn’t need any cleaning products either. But, I usually do it when the car is off because even after I press “screen off” from the drop-down menu it turns back on after it senses a couple touches.

I have a dealer-installed screen protector. I use CarPro InnerQD, sprayed on a MF cloth and then wipe.
For "on-the-go" fingerprint/smudge wiping, we have a sunglasses cloth in the center console. |

Oh nice. Do you have a prt number for the screen protector ? That may be the way to for for me as well - my wife keeps playing around with the screen and cleaning her fingerprints is bloody annoying !

Seriously, I have oily skin… and my wife does most of the driving. I’m attempting to do everything in the computer through the console buttons/controller. It really helps! I don’t know about a part number. It was part of this dealerships “mandatory” prep (in lieu of a straight MSRP markup.) Everything else they did was XPEL, I don’t know about the screen protector. Sorry. |

Yes, the Adam’s is safe for the screen. I spray it on a microfiber then lightly wipe the screen and follow it with a dry microfiber to eliminate any streaks. I would not spray it directly on the screen, but I wouldn’t do that with any product.

Tip: The knuckles usually work fine to use the touch screen, it's just not as accurate. I'll only use the finger tip if I need to really keep more focused on the road. |
