I recently installed an AA catted DP to the factory exhaust on my 2020. The install wasn’t too bad, it took an hour and half with some help. Shops wanted $4-450 for the install. I also bought a new gasket and v-band clamp from BMW. It made a pretty big difference in sound, the video doesn’t do much justice. Cold starts in the garage are pretty loud, especially with the valve always open “mod”. The downshift pops and snaps between shifts is wicked. I plan to pair this with either the MPE or Dinan axle back later on.

I draggy’d the car after the install and it picked up 1mph in the 1/4 mile. Bone stock it ran 12.07@112.7 on the PS4S’s. On my winters it ran 12.06@113.7. I think it’ll crack into the 11’s once I throw my summers on. I heard claims of 30hp with factory tuning which I thought was pretty far fetched but I bet the car gained 20~hp. The best part is no check engine lights either.
