What exactly is included in the M-Sport suspension option?

So I picked up my new ride a few days ago and I'm trying to learn everything I can about the options I have. Does anyone know exactly what is different about the M-Sport suspension option as compared to stock? I know it's firmer "which I prefer but how do they achieve that?
Sway bar sizes compared to stock?
Shock valving or height compared to stock?
Any info for my obsessive mind?

Tbh its some stiff ass springs and if it comes with the runflats hoelyyy you in for back pains lol

Don’t get me wrong I loved mines with the sport springs but switching to dinan springs with their bump stops makes a huge difference with non-runflats.

I had the M-Sport suspension on my 330i. Holey moley, be prepared to feel every little pebble on the road. Feels like my spine was connected to the road, pretty jarring when hitting a pothole

I actually love the way it rides down the road. To me it doesn't feel stiff. So it's only Springs? I kinda expected more
