Poochie the shade tree mechanic lol
Hey, I do what I gotta do..

The dealer would of raped my insurance company to repair a silly scratch that I fixed in-between marijuana puffs

I drive an M2, the 330i was much larger to removed from my narrow driveway, it wasn't negligent..

I meant did they explain how they are completing the repair (I.e. repair and full respray of the bumper? Partial paint and feathering?).

Was only told repair and repaint. Just hope nothing else behind the bumper was damaged.

There is a styrofoam that's wedge between the bumper and vehicle frame, that takes the brunt of force, before it does any impact damage.

The shop will let you know if that foam is broken, which I sincerely doubt that it is.

But how? The grille wasn't touched..

I mean, I can't doubt them until I see its make up but it doesn't seem plausible :

I'm sorry but can you please humor me and highlight what exactly is physically broken on the part you indicated.

I just can't seem to find a defect :

Don't know that it truly needed replacing, or whether I just gave away a free part to the Bodyshop - but that's it.
