Is it worth waiting for the MY2021 at this point?

Do we have any ideas on what they might add / change for MY2021 M340? Not sure if it's worth pulling the trigger now or waiting on maybe a better tune for the engine? Thoughts?

MY2021 won’t start until July 2020. That’s ten months away. That's a long wait - not sure if you're serious?

I'd wait for the 2023 version. It's going to be sick!

My turn in date is June of 2020 which coincides with the end of 2020 production. While I could likely get into a 2020 model prior to my lease end, I'm really hoping 2021 brings with it:

*additional interior color options
*decoupling of some option groups

That said while I am very much looking forward to my upcoming G20 my current 340 Msport MG/Red running stage 2.5 MP continues to put a smile on my face everyday so I'm not growing impatient at all. Also while I've had many many BMWs over the years only 4 of those were first model year and all 4 had your typical first model year gremlins (nothing crazy or all that bad just annoying and what you would expect from a freshman model)

Damn now I'm tempted to wait for 2028. New option will be the circle jerk!

You would only wait if the LCI were about to launch or if become the last MY where BMW throws in packages at a cheaper price and more paint options. No point of waiting for MY in between as there is not much different.

Tell that to anyone [me] who bought a 2012 Sport Line when they introduced the M Sport Line in 2013...

I wish I had waited from the first year to the second year of the new body style (referring to the M340i specifically).
