Opinion: Carbahn ‘Tune’ w/ Warranty
What are your reviews from experience with this product or similar items with dinan/Carbahn? Interested in the option for 21’+ models.
Have you had any warranty issues with your b58? Have you had any experience with dinan/carbahn and warranty? Is it worth the money/risk? (Subjective, just hearing opinions) Any other input welcome Also interested in hearing mpg and drivability effects. Can you still get that 30+ in eco? I personally do not see the value in a matching warranty with a piggyback as they are fairly mild tune options. Remove it when you bring the car in for service and while technically yes BMW could dig deep into DME logs to determine if a piggyback was used, I have not seen or heard of a case where this happened. Flash tune is a whole different story as you will be flagged immediately once they plug the vehicle into their diagnostic tool.
