Sorry. I didn’t see that. But yes. I asked a friend who leased a car a few days ago and he said he got 0.00138 which was the base MF. He leased in another state but I assume that doesn’t matter (?). Edmunds says 0.00137. I usually go by their numbers when I’m bargaining with the dealer.

Interesting. Either way if you can knock down the $553/month a little that would still be a great deal depending on the MSRP. My monthly is lower but I also didn't order a super highly spec'd vehicle.

What region are you if you don't mind sharing? I got another quote from a different dealer, this time on a new vehicle, 9% off MSRP and base money factor.

So I'm getting an awesome deal on an ordered M340xi for PCD. I have a good relationship with my CA and have bought 3 cars from him in the past. He sent me the detailed lease quote and for some reason it's about $43 a month higher than my Leasematic calculator. Is the calculator only so accurate or is there extra fluff added in to the monthly payment? Is this something I should address? It's still a really good deal and I don't want to seem ungrateful...

The only weird number is $2,000 in taxes on the screen shot from your CA. I would ask why your numbers don't line up. Its way better to ask then wonder... Congrats on the BMW!

Hate to break it to you but it's not that great of a deal. Do some digging around here or on leasehackr and you'll soon find out why

Yeah you're right. It seems like most of those deals are on in-stock cars though, not ordered ones.

I ordered mine and got 8.4% off. You can easily get that monthly amount down to be in the $600's. Might mean a diff dealer tho, the guy you're using probs thought he could pull this deal w out you realizing since it sounds like you've used him for awhile. Just my guess!

If he does security deposits yea.. There isn't much room to negotiate on that deal from what I'm seeing other that the % off the MSRP. Looks like he's getting 6% or so off, even if it drops down to 8-9% it won't make a substantial difference.

Where do you think he can improve it at? Might help to post so he can have some information to research.

What he said.

6.7% off pre-incentives

Also the residual is for 15k miles per year so the monthly will look higher no matter what. Just changing it to 10k per year gets me to $670 pre tax.

There's been plenty who have posted their offers on here who received 10%+ off even on ordered vehicles.

The MF went up for Jan from 0.00128 which doesn't help either. The rule of thumb is try to aim for 1% of selling price. If you've done some research you'll understand that $780/month isn't very competitive.

Also, unless I'm reading the blue screen shot wrong, it looks like he's charging you $4k + under 'initial payment'?

Yes I could spend a lot more time shopping around to save a little more. It's not as awesome of a deal as I thought it was. But it was pain free and negotiation free, and my time is worth more to me.

That includes 3k incentives from BMW. Drive off is like $1180.

Got it. I completely understand and if you're getting the car you want and are okay w the price then pull the trigger! It's going to be a great car regardless and I'm super excited to get mine

I'm right there with you. After half a month of pitting the three local dealers against each other, I finally reached a deal. It's not as screaming as others on this board that live in much more highly populated states, but I was able to get 10% MSRP.

I soon found out that you can only get them down so far in the state of Arizona. Much smaller inventories than California. I didn't know how good I had it when I lived in the Golden State.

You should have seen the guys at the dealership drooling over my 16 340i M Sport when I traded it in. I'm like, "you don't see a lot of 340i's here in Arizona, do you?" Not at all was their reply.

It sold a day after they listed it on their website.

CA quoted me 10% off MSRP before incentives with base MF for a 2020 M340i factory order. I would appreciate some feedback before I pull the trigger.

MSRP: $60,970
Selling Price: $54,873
Incentives: $1K Lease Credit, $2K Loyalty Credit, $1K Dealership Event Credit
36 Months / 10K Miles
Residual: 61%
MF: 0.00137 (0.00102 after MSDs)
Monthly Payment /w CA sales tax @ 8.25%: $537
Drive-Off: approximately $1,500 including upfront fees, taxes and first month's payment
Monthly Payment /w Zero Drive-Off is about $586

Thanks!
