There is a 1/18 G80 black sapphire metallic miniature out but I don't think it has the silverstone seats. You could always dismantle the model and paint the interior yourself. They are not too hard to dismantle

I am afraid not. The colour selections are dictated by BMW and / or the model manufacturer, depending on the edition.

It is the Nuremberg Toy Fair next week so we may hear some more news

The 1/18 scale white G83 has already been released. It may not be to your exact spec but you could try modifying it to suit

You can order it from your local model or hobby store. I am not familiar with the specific ones in the USA. You could also try eBay.
There are a few for sale on the eBay European sites at the moment like this one in Italy.

When you say model numbers, do you mean the product code? For the 1/18 G83 in white, it is Minichamps model code 155021031.

Minichamps released a Isle of Man Green M4 in 1/43 scale. Its model number 413020123

Sorry, there are no models released with a moonroof that I am aware of
