Question 18” wheels on e40 w/MSport pkg?

Hi all,
In the US getting the MSport pkg requires 19” wheels and 20 mi less range.

Has anyone w/a 40e with MSport pkg tried using 18” wheels (to regain range up to 300 mi.)? I'd like to have both the adaptive suspension as well as 18" wheels and the resulting 300mi EPA range. Thanks.

Just swap the 19" for 18" wheels and tell us about it...

I just put in a reservation for the i4 last month so it's going to be a while. In the meantime I'm hoping someone else has tried this and can comment.

One more thing to keep in mind is that the M Sport Brakes included in the Dynamic Handling Package might not fit under the 18" wheels. This would require a test fit to make sure the 18" wheels clear the larger rotors and calipers.

The eDrive40 M brakes rotors are 348mm, 18” wheels will fit.

Good to know. Normally I'd check for this on RealOEM but it seems like i4/iX don't show up on there. Does anyone know of a part catalog that has the newer BMWs?

BMW stopped allowing access to their ETK by third party sites for more than 3 years. You have to pay BMW for access now.
