My car is on the Salene Leader too and also I'm located on the West Coast, so guess that I'll get my car sometime in May.

My car has been at port in Bremerhaven for the past 8-9 days. I'm on the West Coast and have read it takes longer to get a ship going this way.

How long have you guys been waiting at port for West Coast bound ships?

You still haven't caught a ship ? have you tried calling BMW Genius instead of online. I was only at the port for about 4-5 days, and Sunday I was boarded. Not sure it matters but mine was a Priority 1 Indv build , the whole process has been fairly quick for so far. I placed my order end of March

Time at port is a crap shoot.. my car last October spent 3 weeks at port... 6 month earlier buddies car took 2 days. gotta remember the boats aren't exclusive to bmw. So many factors: bought out capacity, demand from different manus, how bmw alots its space based on where the boat is stopping, where the rates are most advantageous due to demand to refill the space at an offloading port, etc, etc.

All in all port can be the most frustrating part of the wait

I'm also a priority 1, but still sitting there. I placed my order at the end of March as well. Like the other person said, I guess it's a crapshoot. Will be happy when I see the status updated. I'll try calling BMW Genius as you suggest instead of looking online. I know the car is going to be here relatively soon no matter what, but it is a bummer to see how fast the car was made and transported to Bremerhaven only to see it sitting on the dock of the bay, wasting time. 😄

Don't know if there's any Canadians in this post but my salesmen texted me saying my cars arrived at the port in Halifax, Me being western Canada he said probably 2-3 more weeks!!

Mine is in Halifax autoport since march 23rd...was not alloud for transport before yesterday...not sure why ! Hopefully will be in Montreal by end of bext week. I guess the M340 was not alloud yet in Canada as my CA told me all M340 are waiting in port not alloud for transport! Very frustrating as it took less time for my car to be build and get in Canada VS doing the last stretch Halifax - MTL!

Oh awesome I didn't know that!! I entered in my VIN and it said nothing was found!! Is there any other carrier options??

Congrats mate Car looks amazing, how does it drive coming from your M4 ? And don't worry about the color , both are excellent choices. I know some forum members got Tanzanite and Cognac, which is similar. It'll look better too when you tint it.

Cognac interior is very versatile. In pictures I like Portimao Blue with Cognac. This coming from Mr. Safe and all but two BMWs I’ve ever had been black on black. LOL.

Your car is a hot combo though.

I agree, the Cognac looks great. Having a Cognac interior myself, I can say it does seem a shade darker in the configurator pics. But, I love the color all the same

Was this the Bremerhaven port? Usually there's a 2 day lag with the status update... BMW Genius should be able to help... Or you can have some fun and check the destination port for expected arrivals, see if you find any matches using the Fleetmon app. (2 week free trial).

NYKLine is one of the west coast bound transports.... try the nykline RORO schedules, see if anything lines up with your timeframe. Asteria Leader looks like it left on 4/19 due in Port Hueneme 5/27? Maybe??

My car is portimao/cognac. I thought briefly about the "mismatching" colors at one point but it doesn't bug me. If the interior was red I'd say that it doesn't match...but light brown is much more neutral color that I personally don't think clashes with the blue.

I'm bored with black interiors, so I thought this would be different... I'm still liking the "mineral grey\mocha" match. But, at this point I'm just glad the vehicle is finally here!
