This is accurate. In 2020, high-performance summer tires was the only factor that determined whether or not the speed limiter was lifted. It had nothing to do with the ZTK package. Mine came with the Pirelli P-Zero run flats with top speed of 155.

Ohhhh thats why I’ve seen run flat cars with speed limiter lifted.

Does the top of the gauge normally still read 160 even with higher top speed limiter ?

All non M cars read 160.
