Mayday Mayday I need help with BMW of Germany
As the title states does anyone have access to BMW of Germany. Long story short my car needs a replacement part that is not in the states its been nearly a month but no timeframe for when part will be available. My car is just sitting at the dealership while I make payments on car and insurance. This has got to be one of the worst experiences I have ever had with BMW of my 20 plus years of ownership. If anyone has any insight or can point me in the right direction to help get this resolved, I am all ears. Before anyone says anything yes I call the dealership weekly now and I have contacted BMW of North America which has told me they have nothing to do with getting parts. I find this ridiculous that they can't provide customer support. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank You.

1. What part is this?
2. Did they give you a loaner? 3. If leased, you can open a case with BMWNA to make your payments if the car is in the shop for over certain period of time. Good luck and please keep us posted

New car that broke after eight days? Now it’s been sitting nearly a month? What’s your state’s lemon law?
