catalytic convertor theft

my neighbour just had cat convertor on Honda stolen from drive,do i need to be worried about my G21 Touring on drive,as would be very expensive loss,if it happens to me

I'd say, no more worried than someone putting your window through and stealing your steering wheel/iDrive, which also seems to be the current favourite of thieves.

If it's going to happen, it's going to happen but this would be the case with any car you park on your driveway (especially if it happened to your neighbours Honda).

no, only japanese cars such as Honda and Toyota's are targeted as the cats are easily accessible from below just by jacking up the car. Bmw downpipes go kind of into the engine bay and are much harder to simply cut out.
