2020 M340I Hybrid Tourer gearbox oil

Dear All,

Has a quick look but couldn't find what I was looking for, looking to change oil in gearbox, what spec is the oil i need?

It's ZF Lifeguard 8 fluid, also sold by BMW as ATF3+ under part number 83-22-2-289-720.
