Loud intake/turbo noise on stock 330i

Hi folks. I recently purchased a used 2021 330i from a BMW dealer with around 50k miles on it. I'm new to BMW's, though not new to turbo fours. Long story short, I'm concerned with the amount of intake noise my car is making. Keep in mind this is a stock car with a near perfect maintence history.

Essentially in any mode, once the car hits boost you hear a massive air induction sound. Per the cars data display, it is making proper boost (around 22 psig) which leads me to think either a defect in the intake plastics or a mechanical defect...or I'm just new to these cars. If anyone has any experience with problems like this, or has a helpful tip one what to look for, it would be incredibly appreciated.

Side note, I tried taking a video of it while driving but it was hard to hear with the wind noise. I'll stress that its fairly lound in person, independent of window position and can even be heard with low-mid volume. Again, any tips would be great. Thanks!

On my B58 there was foam in the stock airbox that i imagine had a baffle effect. Rodents destroyed mine and then i learned you can not order the foam seperate.

Is it the sound that you usually hear when car is under load on mid/low rpm, like merging to the highway? I have the same thing
