My 2023 M340i Xdrive
Good evening. Just joined the forum recently and I'd like to share a few pictures of my 2023 M340i Xdrive. It is an American spec car that I have here with me in Germany as I am a contractor working with the military. I picked it up in May and since then I've gotten the black grill, black badges, wrapped in PWF Toxic Apple, and the Maxton Designs G20 M340i LCI set. I've had the car up to the Nürburgring 3 times and had to replace the tires before the car even had it's first oil change.
Future mods to the car currently planned is the BMW Big Brake retrofit, Eventuri Carbon Intake, Aulitzky 200 Cell ECE Downpipe, Aulitzky ECE Slipon Exhaust, Aulitzky DME unlock with Stage 1, 1+, 2, 2+, and track tune. Apex VS-5RS wheels with Pilot Sport 4s tires for the summer. Unfortunately E85 isn't available in my area, so Super 98 (US 93 equivalent), Shell 100, or ARAL 102 is all I really have for fuel options. I haven't decided yet if I am staying in Germany, or if I am going to return to the USA. That is why the performance parts I am buying will be ECE or TUV compliant, so that if I decide to stay then I won't have to sell the car, or change much to make it legal. Either way, This is my first BMW, I am absolutely in love with this car and enjoy it almost as much as my Harley Davidson. |

Cheers mate. That's one hell of a way to break-in & get familiar with the new car. I wish I lived that close to the Ring...

Yes, it's the full Maxton designs setup. Splitter, side skirts, rear splitters, diffuser extension and spoiler.

Update!
Just posting an update. Today I got my car back from TVW Car Designs in Crailsheim, Germany getting the KW Suspension V3 coil overs and some wheel spacers to make the fitment look great for stock wheels. This will be my full winter setup. The only other mod since the first round of pictures is the Aulitzky 200 cell ECE approved Downpipe. My next round of upgrades will hopefully start in January once my exhaust is manufactured, intake and brake upgrades arrive. Then once installed she'll be getting a full DME unlock via Aulitzky. They'll open up the DME and do some kind of hardware mod that permanently unlocks it. Yes... I know it comes with risks, but what the hell, I'll give it a shot. After that is all said and done then I will be looking at wheels and tires for next summer.

Well, it is that time and a few more mods have been completed. I've now installed a Wagner Tuning Intake manifold, Wagner Tuning (prototype 🤫 radiator for Air to Water intercooler system, and a TTE6XX 6357 Stage 3 Hybrid Turbo. We have since re-tuned the car and sitting at 600 Horsepower and 560 FT LBS of torque on only 20lbs of boost. We quickly ran into the limits of the stock fuel system and we are getting parts together. I did also get Mr. Misha Charoudin to take the car around the Nurburgring before these last mods and the car handled it well other than being on not an ideal wheel/tire combo for the track.
Future plans/parts: Bavarian Car Tuning clubsport bolt in cage. Dorch Stage 2.5 HPFP Wagner Tuning port injection fuel rails Maxx ECU standalone fuel controller for port injection. Ethanol Sensor. Kotte Performance Stage 2 transmission build. I'm browsing for a wing to add downforce. The current goals for the car is between 700 - 750 HP. The highest speed I've achieved so far is 318kph/198mph, but had to slow down due to traffic on the Autobahn. |
