Searching for the owner

Hi guys, greetings from Europe! I am writing with hopes to find the owner that had this unfortunate accident with this vehicle. I bought it from Copart in Houston and the accident was registered in Katy TX. The car is currently on its way to Europe and it is noted that the car has no keys, since the dealer asked 800$ for a single key, i am hoping to find the owner and would be happy to buy them from him if he still has them. Its a 2020 BMW M340i with 20k miles. Any help would be much appreciated. Fingers crossed, thank you!
