Finally, that blow-off valve sound you've been waiting for on your B58TU powered BMW or Supra. Designed and manufactured by Burger Motorsports in the USA. The BMS Elite is the highest quality B58TU charge pipe upgrade on the market. Our charge pipe is constructed from high-gauge aluminum featuring a CNC throttle body and turbo flange for a snug, OEM-style fit. It is completed with a glossy black powder coat to coordinate with the engine bay and boasts three 1/8" NPT bungs ideal for an external boost gauge or methanol nozzles. Its double o-ring seal design on the chargepipe flange that attaches to the turbo is designed to withstand up to 40+psi of high boost. In comparison, other makers reuse the single OEM o-ring, which is not suitable for high boost.

Also includes a heavy-duty replacement coupler, o-ring, c-clip, and all required installation hardware.

This version features the Turbosmart Raceport valve blow-off valve to release excess pressure in the charge pipes when letting off the gas. In addition to intoxicating sound, it reduces compressor surge and improves overall reliability at higher boost levels. Compatible with factory tuning, JB4, and flash tuning.

I’ve purchased this, quite a wait for it to arrive, I was so excited to get it and install it. Once installed the BOV rubs on the upper coolant hose and I’m afraid it’s going to ruin the coolant hose.

My second issue is the BOV seems to maybe not have the right spring in it possibly. On light throttle the BOV creeps open and leaks by, on medium to heavy throttle it’s fine. All bungs, hoses and connections have been double and triple checked for leaks, it’s seem to strictly be an issue with the diaphragm or spring. I would love some help resolving my issues.

They're all like this. This was the reason I sold mine not long after I bought it. BMS claims it's a non-issue but it drove me insane.

I’m not having any luck with BMS, I’m wondering if turbosmart will help me out at all. 1. Why the hell is a turbo car being fitted with a supercharger BOV with soft springs that leaks on light throttle and cause a boost leak. 2. Maybe I can get turbo smart to recommend a different spring or BOV. This is very disappointing for ove 600$

I just spoke to a buddy of mine who got his to work correctly and he said he swapped from the default pink (supercharger) spring to the purple one.

I’ll have to give this a try, BMS is a joke for fitting a turbo car with a BOV designed for a supercharger, not putting in enough RnD into a product they charge over 600$ for to create a boost leak which also start messing with the wastegate.

Maybe I can just order a spring kit to easily change it, thanks for the help
