My BMW App won't accept my VIN

Hi,

Just purchased a 330i G20. When I try to register my car on the BMW app, I get a message that my assigned country is incorrect and gives me an error message. The message says that it cannot change the country assigned to my vehicle. Has anyone encountered this problem? How can the assigned country be fixed? Is it an apple iphone issue (running iOS 15) or an issue with the car?

Thats a weird one, I presume your car is not a grey import. I would contact BMW SA for advice.
