Hello guys, I need some help resetting my oil service in the idrive.

As in the below pic when I push, after going into diagnostic made, and hold the BC a button or the central display button on the steering wheel the below menu comes up.

In previous cars and all the online material says when I push these buttons the reset oil option comes up automatically.

Any ideas?
