How do I post and receive iTrader ratings?

I've both bought and sold items via this website but I've been unable to find a way to add iTrader reviews. Any instruction on how to add feedback would be welcome.

Click on your iTrader rating (0) in your side panel profile.
The number is a hyperlink to the rating system

You click on the link for the person you traded with in the same way, once in , there is a link to "submit feedback for ***"
Click that, then follow the form.

drudging up this old thread because search results aren't providing much. I'm having a hard time finding the place to leave a person iTrader feedback. Do users have to opt in? If not, what is the sequence of actions to get to the page where I leave someone feedback? The part that's driving me nuts is that I've actually done this a few times before, but can't for the life of me find the path for some forum members.
