We lodged a complaint after poor service from BMW Finance. Escalations emailed to say I'd get a response within 8 weeks. I emailed back with a complete run down of our issues, but no response. They are poor.
Only used them as it gave extra contribution to the vehicle even though we could just pay for it. Next time won't bother. The dealership had no idea about the finance and the costs of early settlement......just told us to ring BMW Finance!! |

I called them recently and got through OK. They weren't particularly helpful though.
If you want a settlement figure it's easiest to register your agreement on their website and request it that way. |

You can manage your finance agreement from within the BMW app. You can also get settlement figures from there.

Yeah I’ve got that - the escalations number is for complaints though, which is what I was trying to follow up on. Eventually got through yesterday after being on hold for an hour and 10 mins - absolute joke.

I complained on Twitter a few years ago and included BMW_UK and got a direct tweet within hours.
