After I did an update on apps and services my car doesn’t show anymore RTTI, on line traffic info. All other apps are working properly online/connected. Does anybody know how to fix it? I already made a complete reset of iDrive and nothing changed.

RTTI hasn't worked for me also after doing apps update although not sure if they are related (still new to idrive in general).

I have the same problem with RTTI not working after last software update. Audio message stays on for less than one second.
Local dealer couldn't identify fault. Next Update will hopefully sort it.

Where are you based? Seems to be down in Australia since about Dec 15ish.

I am in UK with 330i M Sport. Suspect a bug in the Update is causing the problem. Traffic Info audio is just a short burst. Have turned it off for now.

I’m in Brazil and the bug started around mid Dec.

RTTI stopped working on my M340i mid December . I noticed it then but I'm pretty sure it stopped working in November after update to 07.2020.60
Finally got it working again.. try this procedure .
turn Traffic Information off in Map, Settings Configure Services.
Go to Apps, Installed Apps, and Update Apps and Services.
Let it do it's thing then go back to MAP, Settings, Configure Services and turn Traffic Information back on. Screen will update and then RTTI letters will appear above Traffic Information on Map screen.
The key to this is that Traffic Information has to be turned off before services are updated.

Maybe won't fix for everyone but it sure did on my M340i.
