You can activate this in your settings for when you lock your door. No coding needed.

Idrive option for 2021 says "fold mirrors when locked." I haven't tried it but will. I assumed that this meant it will fold the mirrors every time the car is locked. I wanted to only fold mirrors when the lock buttom was held on the fob.

I will report back today.

It will fold the mirrors every time it's locked. Why wouldn't you want them to fold? Shows people the car is locked and reduced someone from bumping them in a parking lot

If you have it set to not fold - a long press on the fob will still fold them
