I currently have RFT on my 330i Msport, 225/40/19 all around. Just wondering what the best Tire/Tire size I would need for track use.

That would depend on how good of a driver you are. If you have horrible driving lines then running really wide r comps masks up everything up. Nothing wrong with starting off with stock size then increase in width and or run better tires as you improve.
