340 with boring 790m 18s

Hi Guys,
I am picking up a 2020 M340 X this Friday. It has a square set of 18" 790M wheels with all seasons with 225 Turanzas all around.
I know those tires won't look good, too skinny for the car.
I am trying to avoid buying a new set of wheels right away.

I am wondering your thoughts if I put 12/15mm spacer front/back.

Or do you know if I am to change tires and go for a 245 tire on the same wheel 790 wheel? It is 7.5 x 18 Thanks

Id say save your money until you can get new wheels, you'll be much happier in the long run.
