Why can’t the 330 be ordered with the OEM discrete trunk spoiler on the M340i?

Seems like the part is not available for purchase either. In Europe, the 330 M sport spec comes with the same spoiler on the trunk as the m340. In the US it can’t even be special ordered. I tried. Didn’t work. I kind of like the subdued sporty look of it. Has anyone been able to get this done on their 330 in the United States? Thank you.
