Does the parking assistant on the 2020 G20 pull you out of a parking spot as well?
Just took delivery, and I was testing all the options. For parallel parking, I did not see anything for pulling out of a spot, only for pulling into a spot. Does this feature only work one way? Any ideas?
Thanks! Last edited by a4guyiam; 11-12-2019 at 09:28 PM.. |

No. I believe this is added in a future update.

This is true. Puts you in the position to drive off without pushing back or any other problems. But you're on the streets with at least one wheel and about $10,000 of other parts.

Thanks. I tried parallel parking and got into the spot fine. But when I went to leave the spot I flicked on the parking camera (I had parking assistant checked off) but I did not see any indicator showing I can see the to pull out. Maybe I’m doing something wrong.

This is Reversing Assistant, not Park Assist. Park Assist simply rely on sensors to line you up. This is correct. Red arrow appears on the screen and you need to tap it to initiate. Last edited by hamera; 11-15-2019 at 06:34 AM.. |
