I like the shift in design but feel that the color and spec you build will decide if it will look good to just flat out wrong. It's definitely not going to be a design where you'll eventually warm up to - it's that polarizing and extreme.

The brochure pics sealed the deal for me but it doesn’t look bad in the videos. It gives me SOME hope for the g80- the performance difference might fill the gap any aesthetic displeasure and given these videos it might be acceptable

I don’t know id get one right away and would probably wait until LCI- def not a first year model.

Having seen the pictures in detail and after watching Thomas' review on Autogefuhl, I have to say I am quite liking this new design. I too was worried about the massive front grills but I feel like it will look good in person. I would definitely get the shadow trim too as it looks nice in the launch video.

The sad part is that we have to get the optional laser lights to get the proper DRLs and this option will be bundled with a package costing $8-10K. I am not really liking the base DRLs on the G22. I feel like the G20 can pull off the base DRLs better than the G22.

Looking forward to the G26 GC launch.

Everyone was worried about the new grilles, but I think that is the least of the worries with this design. The whole thing looks like a copy of the A4/S4 from years ago and whatever the Infinity coupe equivalent is. Really disappointed in the whole thing.

What a monstrosity. This thing is all sorts of cheese grater, buck toothed beaver hideous. I won't even drive it based on how hideous it is. God forbid if the CCA dares to raffle one of these off in the next few years.

I didn't like the F32 due to the grille connecting to the headlights and the hood line but that pails in comparison to how horrible this is.

The problem with the BMW is it's badly designed, it's looks weird and out of place.
