HI,
as mentioned in the title, my charging cable for the HV battery is not locking when charging. I can hear the servo motor buzzing when car is locked or unlocked.
In the owners manual, there's a note that after using the emergency pull tab under the hood to unlock the cable, it needs to be checked by service center.
My suspicion is that while I've got the front end of the car PPFed two weeks ago, someone was curious and may have pulled the release.
Is there any way to diagnose/reset/fix the locking tab by myself ?

So today I went to dealer,
conclusion, lock was stuck most likely due to someone pulling the emergency release under the hood. I suspect that someone in the PPF place that did front end of the car 2 weeks age was a bit too curious and pulled it. Fortunately there was no damage.
