Disconnecting Connected Drive

Anyone know how to completely disable the SIM card so all connected drive services are deactivated?

Used to be able to get BMW head office in my country to do it, but now they won't do it anymore.

{And to those that love to troll, please desist from stupid comments as to why this would want to be done.
If you don't have an answer, move on to another post, but I really couldn't care less about peoples opinions on connected drive or why someone should/shouldn't disconnect the SIM.}

I suppose you could remove the TCB/WAV but it would without a doubt cause issues with most features of the car. I suppose the car would still run/drive/have A/C.
