Unable to track my car after reaching port in Canada

My m340 2020 was released from Halifax Canada 3 weeks ago They use Hansen's trucking , but dealer can't track it yet. They gave me vin and I tried on their website it just says not found. I assume it's because of covid? Any ideas please

Call the trucking company.

I'm waiting for my M340i in Halifax also...Its been there for about 2 weeks. I actually had a euro Delivery scheduled for March 23, which got cancelled due to the current events. I have been waiting a LONG time as well.
