Are you going for an m340i? If so, GS wont be an option, according to someone earlier in this thread.
I was thinking it might only be available on the 330 in the US. At least it helps my decision.

The 2021 m340 will be a 48v hybrid. they are ditching the starter motor and instead making the alternator the alternator/starter assembly!

Maybe it’s not trim. But in person, in daylight, there is high contrast around the taillights. Does not look good. And I usually love light colors and dark trim.

I don't think so. I just wish that BMW would spend more time on performance options and not on the color of the calipers.

I the thought the M performance front spoiler added down force.

Not sure if you need the M performance side skirts with it or not to create proper clean aero

I could be wrong

The white, especially Mineral looks amazing blacked out. You can look on this forum anywhere and the white 340 especially with m performance and other mods are standing tall. To each his own:

I also think Glacier Silver would look great with the new shadowline pack.

It's a shame that M340 is not getting this color...

I might get mineral grey and that seems to be the only good option...

thats only on the m440i and 540i right now. I'd assume the 3 series will get it eventually but doesn't look like it for 2021

I'm not sure about paying extra $1.4k for the paint... and some people mentioned under certain lighting (in the shade mostly) it's not much different than mineral grey...

It's VERY different from Mineral Grey. There may be 1 or 2 times in certain shade and at night that it has a dark grey look to it (still different from Mineral Grey). 90% of the time it either has the gold/green/brown/grey shifting colors, or the more flat looking "semi-Nardo" look.

I still don't think I would get it, although it's very nice. I can't shake my white car syndrome lol

Well Ive seen both in person and I can tell you I would shell out the money for the dravit in a heartbeat. That paint is not one that can be really shown in pictures. Its incredible in person, and is so dynamic.

No brainer for me. Especially if leasing. Youre only paying for 40 percent of that cost

Is there any clear indication of when production of the '21 MY M340i will begin? Pre-COVID, it was slated for July; is that still the case? Does anyone have any updated info?

I know this is kinda off topic but with anyone having placed factory orders recently how long does it usually take to receive your production number? I’ve been waiting about 2 weeks I’m curious if that’s normal

My foreman at the dealer I work at said that all of the new b58 motors coming out will be 48v hybrid, including the 2021 m340! I’m personally not hyped about it but I guess it’s the future 🤷🏻*♂️😂

BMW From Canada

Has anyone noticed that the BMWs in Canada are much cheaper than U.S.? The M340i is cheaper and has options like shadow line package and leather dashboard. I priced a fully optioned M340i in Canada and it was about $57,000 while the U.S. car that was missing some options because they're not available in the U.S. was $69,000. That's a big difference. My question is, Why doesn't BMW offer the same car at the same price for all of North America? Does anyone know what the cost is to buy a new car in Canada and import it to the U.S.?

It's only lower in USD right now because of the disparity between the US and Canadian dollar. Most of the time Americans are going to pay far less. Nor to mention you guys have insane leasing options (in the US you can lease an M340i for $600/month roughly but in Canada you're looking at over $1,000).

Don't think that you can legally import to US either.....

You can, it just takes some legwork. Us Canadians can buy from the US as well (different legwork but similar process).
