Anyway to check if my bench unlock updated. My car felt a little weaker this morning and don’t know if it just cleared my tune or not. I don’t wanna risk reflashing it and it shutting my ecu down

You can check the version of software in the vehicle or via the app. The vehicle doesn't just update on it's own though. You would have had to have acknowledged it first. More likely it was weather or fuel quality changes.

Reflashing your tune would certainly tell you if the vehicle was updated because a BMW update would definitely have removed your bench unlock.
