Someone needs to make a front lip/splitter like this for the m340.

So I really think Im looking at my next car (xdrive and all - but maybe tanzanite) albeit with my Mission Performance flash transferred from my current 340 to the M340.

Something about 450-470 Whp and 470-490 Trq and xdrive intrigues me. But to each their own - that's just going to be my happy place might not be yours....all good :-)

That is a GTS.

GT3's front hood is different. That's a paint to sample 991 GTS

All that money spent on options and no laserlights?

I hate how few M340i’s are being ordered with them. Immediate dealbreaker for me without the iconic halo design. It should be standard. Without them, it just looks like every other base 3 series off the lot.

Obviously it’s your car though so if you’re happy that’s all that matters.

Except for that ugly ass standard headlight. Why the heck would u spec a car with that much expensive individual option to omit laser headlight?

So true. I never thought I'd get tired of a color. Every cars and coffee I go to has at least 2 cars wrapped in nardo gray.

Played out and unoriginal.

The laser lights look good but they are not used to their full potential here in the states. Money can be used for other options. I have built this car a hundred times at least up to 70k not including m performance parts I will get also. It comes down to budget or by the time you spend that kind of money, you may as well get the M3. For me personally, I want my car to be no more than 64k and I will spend another 5k on performance mode. This is before any discounts of course. My must have are HK, premium package, drivers assistance, parking and am up in the air on adaptive suspension.
As far as the nardo grey, love it and I wish we had the merino leather and leather dash option. That would be the number one option for me coming from a Seven series.

There are SO many slight variations of these non metallic grays between BMW, Mercedes, Porsche and Audi. Honestly there are too many of them... you are starting to see these grays coming and going.

My M340 came SO close to being Dravit. I ended up with Tanzanite.... and I am thrilled. It looks like a striking deep dark blue in most lights and shadows.... and then pops into a brilliant blue metallic in the bright sunlight. The only issue is it is one of those colors you need to keep perfectly clean.

Beautiful car, but wholeheartedly think nardo grey is the most overrated color/trend. I don't see it aging well, kind of like matte colors which were all the rage 5-10 years ago and now kinda eh.

How do you feel about Dravit grey? Do you think this color is a fad and will look dated years down the road?

Dravit looks a little more like a traditional space grey so I'd say no, but who knows. To be clear it's not bc it's not a BMW color or anything, I'm not a BMW loyalist and like a lot of VAG cars. As a designer who works in color all day tho I just find nardo to be a bland grey, I enjoyed it's freshness when it came out but now find it rather drab.
