Polarised sunglasses and HUD

So my sunglasses came out of their cases with the weather being nice the past few days. Only to find that I can barely see the HUD display in my car. Both of my sunglasses are polarised which are obviously filtering out the HUD display.

Not sure if this was the case in any previous iterations of HUD.

Just an observation.

I wear Serengetti Dante shades i'm sure they are polarised as they are essentially pilot glasses with brown lenses.

I can still see my HUD. The lenses adapt to light change.

I've got a pair of Randolph Engineering Aviators which are polarised. I think pilots glasses aren't actually polarised as it can mess with the windscreen and instrument displays. But yeah might have to get a pair of non polarised sunglasses.

They aren't polarized then... the lenses that adapt to brightness are called 'photochromic'

Look for G-15 lense glasses. Originally developed for the Air Force.
G-15 can also come polarized as well so check the specs.
Ray Ban or Edge eyewear is what I have in my Arsenal

I have the same issue ,when using subscription sunglasses and HUD. Any idea if Boots opticians sell non polarized subscription sunglasses.... nb opticians currently closed and we are not allowed to go for a drive.
