Hello, this automobile part (51718499413) affects my Miltek and requires me to place spacers to avoid vibrations, who can tell me its role? Are there any variations?

It's a stiffening plate (brace) to reduce flex in the transmission tunnel. I'm not aware of any variations from BMW - I think there are a couple of aftermarket parts designed to improve clearance, but washers are the usual solution.
