Parking assistant camera misalignment issue

I just leased my new 330i.
I made sure to get the Parking Assistant Package because of the surround 3D view.
However, I just found out that the driver's side mirror camera image is misaligned. When parking in a regular lined spot, instead of showing |0|, the stitched image shows /0|.

Someone over at G05 forum also reported a similar issue, only on the passenger's side. And one comment reported a driver's side misalignment as well.

Yes, I’m noticing the exact same issue. I’m wondering if it’s an isolated issue, by design, or widespread.

Yes, I’m noticing the exact same issue. I’m wondering if it’s an isolated issue, by design, or widespread.

My camera actually fixed itself the next day. It seems more like a DSP software glitch to me. Hope it stays fixed.

I picked up my car yesterday. Mine has the opposite misalignment - \O|. I am on the .48 version of the software. Brought it back to the dealer, who said they would need to take it apart. Since all else in the car is OK, I decided to wait and not risk a new problem with a long drive tomorrow. I can certainly live with it and will get it adjusted when I see a fix here.

Put on some miles and it might adjust itself back.
Mine is working normally now.

Mine also adjusted itself and is properly aligned.
